My weight gain has come about after I had an accident. I feel down the stairs and seriously broke my left leg. I was laid for weeks and was on a cast for months. What kept me focused and motivated was each day when I jumped on the scale. I would see how much weight I was losing each day. Also, I found the meal to be healthy and so easy to prepare. It’s also budget-friendly so I do not have to spend much on my grocery bill each week.
The good thing about the HCG Diet:
My last day weight was 131 pounds and I have gained 2 pounds during the maintenance phase. It has been months now since my weight has leveled at 133 pounds. HCG Diet has naturally re-sculpted my body in the right places. It has work on my body parts where it is needed.
