I was so excited to start and get rid of my excess stubborn weight that has accumulated my used to be a slimmer body for over a decade of eating unhealthy foods. I was pushing 205 pounds and I couldn’t stand it anymore. I was feeling miserable too.

If I lost a few pounds, they just came back.
I was really, really skeptical with the HCG diet but I took the risk. I took the chance and dove into something I didn’t know would work for me. Everything turned out into something amazing that slowly it changes my life into something better. I was losing weight along the process but what I am so grateful about is that I have learned how to eat healthily for a couple of months and this have turned completely into a lifestyle change.
