When Jilian became sedentary in her college life her weight piled up. Her problem got worse when she started dating a larger guy. However, all her carb withdrawal symptoms went away after a week because she decided to increase her calorie intake. Instead of consuming only 500 calories a day she increased it to 800 calories. Her second round was not hard compared with her first round. This time around, she was able to do the diet properly by following the protocol perfectly. No bread, no pasta, no sugar was no problem for Jilian. She worked up to 1200 calories during P3. She started with 800 calories on her first day and gradually increased it to 1200 calories for the rest of her diet. She slowly reintroduced foods to her diet to see if she will gain weight. There was a time when her weight went up two pounds and she did a “mini steak day” to break a plateau. She started working out and eating healthily for her wasn’t that difficult anymore.
Jilian ended up doing a total of three rounds on the HCG diet and she successfully loses a good amount of weight. She felt happy with the result but guilty at the same time because her boyfriend had to fend for himself. Actually, her boyfriend had been fending himself for a couple of months already. Her guilt had her and she begins with her unhealthy habits again. Her weight went right back plus some more.
2 years after, her boyfriend distant himself from Jilian and told her that he had feelings for someone else. She felt betrayed, cheated and dumb so she moved out of their apartment and started anew in another city. This time she needed to lose weight for good and literally she had no excuses for not getting rid of her out-of-guilt excess weight. She was able to do so years ago and she could do it now.
