Here’s Patty’s HCG Diet Journey:

Patty got engaged and within three months after her engagement, she rapidly gained weight. She blamed her unhealthy habits of always eating out plus beer. She decided to lose weight when she went shopping for clothes and nothing fits her. She felt miserable about it. She just realized and felt that she looks unhealthy and wasn’t happy with how she looks.

She went on a Cleanse but it didn’t work for her. She tried doing some workout but to no avail. Then her mother told her about HCG diet and she gave it a try. That same day she ordered her first shot of HCG injection. It was only during when her kit arrived that she started out reading blogs of how to correctly administer the HCG injections. She just wanted to make it sure that what she was doing was right.

On her first 2 weeks, she lost 14 pounds. At the end of her first round, she went down to 136 pounds. Her original goal was actually to go back to her high school weight, 125 pounds.

On her hcg diet P3, she started introducing carbs back into her diet. But she became stressed out when she gained back 3 pounds. She wanted to restrict her diet even more. She tried working out again and ate some more carbs. But it didn’t work. Instead of maintaining her weight she gained even more.

After some self-evaluation- setting back a realistic goal, working out and eating healthy, she went back to 136 pounds. She’s now back feeling happy, comfortable and healthy. She’s now contented with her weight.

Patty’s P3 meal tips:

Breakfast: – a cup of non-fat yogurt with honey

– green smoothie

– oatmeal with some maple syrup and brown sugar

Lunch: – 2 hard-boiled eggs

  • Cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes

Dinner: – Large portion of meat (fish, chicken, steak)

  • Roasted veggies

Workout tips:

3-5 days of high-intensity training
