I have always been a big girl and for the last 20 years, I have Yo-yo’ed that much. I have tried everything to shift my weight. Day 1, I weight a whopping 241 pounds. This was my first loading day. At the end of the first week, I lost 11 pounds. After 20 days, I had lost over 22 pounds! I was finally 219 pounds. 22 pounds is huge. That’s equivalent to a year effort in gym, pills and shakes. I can’t remember the last time I weigh less than 220 pounds. My confidence soared high.
