Day 1 to 3: Load baby load!

This is the first phase, a 3-day gorging on fat-rich foods. I ate the fattest meat that I could. Gorging on high-calorie fat will allow the HCG to circulate in my tissue so I won’t feel hanging at the start of my diet. My tip- start phase one on a Friday so you will enjoy your weekend gorging with your family and friends.

Today was also the first day of the weigh-in and the first day of injection. To tell you frankly, I’ve done countless injection therapy but injecting yourself is a different story.

Day 3 to 4: First day

It’s my first very low calorie diet day. I realized that I haven’t felt hungry until the evening despite eating only a fraction of calories during the day.

Day 6: First Weigh-ins

I didn’t choose to weigh every day. When I stepped on the scale the number went 8.2 pounds down. Losing this amount of fats was more than enough motivation to lose out another week.

Day 10 to 13: Another weigh-in

I lost another pound and few more inches off my body. I somewhat look different now. I have more energy than before and my mental clarity is at its finest. I don’t feel bloated every time I eat. I really, really feel good about how I feel now.

Day 14 to 18: My kind of diet

Mental preparation is so essential and so is preparing your food because there is nothing that you can grab on the go that’s HCG friendly. The protocol is so strict with what you can and cannot eat but I made some twist to my diet. Here is what I typically eat during the day:

Breakfast:

  • A cup of coffee with steamed coconut milk
  • 100 grams of white egg
  • Water

Snack:

  • 1 medium-sized apple

Lunch:

  • ½ large organic chicken breast
  • 1 cup cooked cauliflower or cucumber or tomato
  • Water

Snack:

  • 2 salted brown rice-cakes
  • Water

Dinner:

  • Lean organic turkey sausage
  • 100 grams white fish or extra lean beef
  • Zucchini, shitake mushroom, garlic, onion
  • Shiratake noodles

Dessert:

  • A handful of strawberries

Day 19: Another weigh-in

I lost 3 pounds and 3 inches off my body

Day 20 to 23: My old jeans

I was able to fit in an old working jean and they are actually too big. I can’t believe I’ve lost so much without even stepping in the gym.

Day 24 to 26: No more injections!

It’s a no injection day but still, I am on the very low calorie diet. It takes about 3 days for the hormone to totally leave my system before I can safely add calories and fats back into my diet.

Day 28: My final weigh-ins

I was able to lose a total of 15 pounds and 13.5 inches off my body. I haven’t lost this much weight in years. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. I’ve gained so much momentum on a lifestyle change that I wanted to happen years ago.
