Consistent Energy Level with the HCG Diet

The HCG Diet has successfully changed my life. I used to be a very active person but after years of apparently clever but obviously doubtful food choices combined with mindless and emotional eating left me looking and feeling less than my best. I regularly exercise but I can’t lose weight. The muffins I’ve been eating now sit at the waist of my jeans. Why do I keep gaining weight? I always asked myself this question.

I have tried several diets, but they seemed not the right diet me. I found some to be quite effective but way too expensive and some to be difficult to do. Some had worked, but they make me feel so hungry most of the time.  After so many working outs and lots of diets, I finally found the HCG Diet. I’ve learned about the HCG Diet from my sister Mandy.

My wakeup call

After leaving my physician’s clinic with an Rx for my high blood pressure and an appointment in the laboratory for blood cholesterol I was really affected by my situation. So, I called my sister up and told her about my problem. I told her I needed to do something but I just couldn’t figure what. I was for sure against taking all the maintenance medications for the rest of my life. She told me all about the HCG Diet that she has successfully lost weight with. She said that she was also in a mess before but after doing the diet things went back to the way it used to be.

I search about the HCG Diet, what it has to offer, how to use and how much weight I’ll be losing and I found it to be unbelievably true. It sounded extreme to me at first but I thought I needed an extreme solution for my situation, so I commit myself to it.

During the diet

The HCG Diet is unlike any other diets out there. It’s extreme in the sense that it has lots of restriction- the number of calories needed each day particularly during the very low-calorie diet, food choices and so many other restrictions.

I completed 3 rounds. My first round was a bit difficult. I had to cut back on sugars and carbs which my body is not used to, so I had experienced withdrawal symptoms. I was almost at the peak of giving up but then again, I needed an extreme solution for my situation. Towards the end of phase 2, I was beginning to feel fine. What motivated me to continue was the result I see each morning during weigh-ins. The second round was fine while the third round was quite easy already.

End results

With the HCG Diet, I was finally able to lose weight and was able to keep it under control. I now eat healthily. I have added more protein to my diet and drink more water. I was never hungry during all the 3 rounds I did. I found the recipes to be delicious, easy to prepare and most of all not expensive.

My overall health has potentially improved after 3 rounds and I now feel amazing. My blood pressure is perfectly back to normal and so with my mood. My energy levels are consistent without valleys and peaks. I now enjoy eating great foods. The foods I enjoy now are so much different from before. All the emotional eating and cravings are gone. I think it’s because my body and mind now know what to eat, so I keep feeling this way. I am happily buying a new wardrobe! It is a wonderful feeling to know that I can comfortably wear anything I want. At the age of 36, I am much healthier today than I was in my 20s and early 30s and I dare say I look better!

HCG Diet has literally saved my life. It has added years to my life. I take no maintenance medication at all. I feel I am at my best now and I would encourage those like me to do the HCG Diet. My only regret was I wish I have learned about the HCG Diet sooner.
