I am just like everyone else who tried losing weight but to no avail. I have tried taking diet pills but whenever I stopped the weight comes back. I have done low-calorie diet before hoping for a month or two I could finally fit into my old jeans. But losing weight seems next to impossible.

I started out the diet after the holiday. I have no problem adjusting to the calorie intake because I have tried doing low calorie diet before but without HCG. After two weeks in the protocol, I lost 12 pounds! I was so happy with the results. HCG diet is NOT a scam diet, a crap or anything. I continued with the 46-day cycle and at the end of the very low calorie diet, I was 37 pounds lighter. Not only that, I went 4 dress sizes down. I went from size 22 to size 18. My goal is to get 4 more dress sizes down. I know I can do that with HCG diet. Maybe few more months to go I could finally fit into my old jeans. HCG diet is real!
