An HCG Diet Journey with Chronic Insomnia

I am Kyle and I’m here for my HCG diet’s success story!
My insomnia causes me to gain weight. For this reason, I have tried everything to lose weight and none of them have ever worked. I did the HCG Diet Plan and the weight felt like it just melted off! I find it amazing how great a healthy, trim body can feel! My energy increased, I become healthier and my body transformed into someone I hardly recognized. I have been able to maintain my weight and was proud of it!

Having Chronic Insomnia
I can’t sleep well because of my condition which leads to weight gain. As you may know, people with insomnia can’t fall asleep, stay asleep, or get enough restful slumber. Over time, lack of sleep may lead to health problems such as hypertension, diabetes, and weight gain. I had this condition for 5 years already.

Weight Gain Journey
Lots of reasons have contributed to the development of my insomnia. It includes stress which leads to stress eating where I poured almost all of my emotions. I am irritable, depressed, and anxious. I also felt low on energy throughout the day and had difficulty concentrating. With these things, I’ve realized that I should not settle for what I was when I have insomnia.

Losing Weight Journey
During and after HCG Diet, I noticed a significant increase in my energy level and how great I felt. I also no longer felt anxious, depressed, or having difficulty concentrating which causes my insomnia, I was more alert and also happier with life in general.
The HCG Diet plan has changed my life! From being always lack of sleep to being active! Here’s how my journey with the HCG diet:
• First two days on HCG Diet: The first two days are loading days. These two initial days of the HCG Diet were bliss. I could indulge in all things fatty and delicious without a care in the world!
• First week on HCG Diet: The first day of the 500-calorie diet was exciting though there were slight pangs in the evening. I just kept filling myself up with lots of liquids to keep myself full. The second day, I was starving but a glass of water did the trick. As the days went on, the hunger game was up and down but each morning was a motivation to stick to the diet.
• The second week on HCG Diet: By this time, I should be used to the strict limitations of the diet. I have become more responsible with the foods I consume.
• The third week on HCG Diet: I became more disciplined with my food intake by the time I hit the final leg of this diet. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and the scales were showing lower numbers!
Just the thought of going back to old eating habits because of insomnia, I have to think again! The HCG has its Maintenance Phase where you slowly introduce more food back into your diet. It is to make sure that your body adjusts to your new weight and keeps it that way. With the help of the HCG Diet, my overall health has improved – from having chronic insomnia to being better and fit!
