I’m a VEGETARIAN and the HCG Diet is for me! I am not a meat eater so I lose weight a little bit slower than most people do in the HCG Diet but it’ s perfectly OK. As long as I am losing weight then everything is fine.
Being a vegetarian on the diet is quite challenging. But this diet has been the only diet that has worked for me in 25 years. It has stopped my cravings for carbs and sugar. It has reset my metabolism so I can indulge in rich dessert occasionally.
My goal was to lose 20 pounds and I lost only 19 and that’s not bad at all. I started with my diet a day before Thanksgiving. I know, ‘kinda silly but that’s true. I did a little cheating during that day but I hardly stalled. I lost 10 pounds during the first two weeks with the help of the hormone and the B12. Continued to lose another 9 pounds for the remaining days with the help of B12 and exercise. I took off a total of 19 pounds after the diet.
