3 Rounds on the HCG Diet

I am Doreen, and I am proud to tell the world I have done the HCG diet with great success. I so love the result the diet can give and I can’t wait to tell my friends and everyone I know about my success.  

When I started dieting I was weighing 180 pounds and wearing a size 12 dress. I’ve tried every known diet to man but every diet I have been on I failed. I occasionally lost a few pounds but when I stopped dieting I just gained everything back because of my irresistible sugar addiction. As the years went by and so is my weight. I am not happy with how I felt and look. I hated my body, so I tried hiding it in every way I could.  

I have stopped wearing swimsuit and started wearing clothes one size bigger than what I usually wear to hide all the bumps and lumps around my waist, hips, and arms. I hated how I looked in the mirror. My husband would often tell me that I’m beautiful just the way I was but I know I’m not. I was feeling hopeless and devastated that I refuse to go out anymore.  

Two years ago my sister found the HCG diet and ordered 2 bottles for us both. I was so excited to try it. I’ve read the protocol which I printed off the site. I got everything ready, from the kitchen scale to weighing scale and tape measure. I’ve listed all the approved HCG diet foods on my food journal, and then I’ve made two-weeks meal plan. When everything is set, I went out grocery shopping, bought all the meat that I would need for a few weeks. I’ve bagged all the meat into 100gram packages so it would be easier for me to cook.  

Round 1 on the HCG Diet 

I started my journey with the HCG Diet the day before Easter. I was weighing 195 pounds, gained another 3 pounds from loading, and wearing a size 18. After the 500 calorie diet, I was 23 pounds lighter and have also lost a lot of inches around my arms, hips, and waist. I shaved four inches off my waist alone. Didn’t really enjoy the loading days, kind of made me sick and I found it really hard to do. The weight loss phase was fun, I enjoyed seeing the weigh naturally fall off. The more I lost the more I became motivated. My size 18 clothes, one day I feel fine the next day I was swimming in them. It was the weirdest yet the happiest feeling. I had to go out and bought smaller sizes.  

Before I knew it, my weight loss phase where done, and I was again out looking for new clothes. I have never been this small after having my children. My sugar addiction, I have learned how to control them. I have learned how to eat differently.  

Round Two on the HCG Diet 

Two months later, I was ready to do another round. So I ordered another bottle of HCG online, and I was happy that it comes with everything I needed for the entire protocol. I was looking forward to going back to the 500 calorie diet. I started at 178 pounds with 2 pounds gained from gorging. After a week doing the very lowcalorie diet, I lost 6 pounds. Before I knew it, my weight loss phase was done and I was out again shopping for new clothes. My husband was so happy with my achievements that he gifted me with a cruise ticket for two for summer. At the end of round 2, I lost another 24 pounds bringing my final weight to 154 pounds. I was feeling so lighter and healthier of course.  I can’t wait to jump into my bathing suit during the cruise.  

Another round on the HCG Diet 

I was able to keep my weight off for a year without any problems. However, after a year, I found myself not feeling comfortable in my body and desired to order again in the hope to lost at least another 15 pounds. I did another short round and enjoyed doing the 500 calories again. But as I near the end of the protocol, I started to feel so hungry. Worst, the maintenance phase was kind of hard to stick with but I struggled through it. I guess I no longer have fats to burn and I should be contented enough with my skin.  

What I like most about the HCG diet is the structure and I’ve got to eat my own foods. I like the way the diet has helped me shed pounds. I lose weight where I need to lose. I have learned how to eat differently and I have control over my foods. I eat 3 meals a day and I have learned how to watch how much starchy and sugary foods I eat. My sister has done the diet twice and her friend is currently doing round 1. I love the HCG Diet and couldn’t wait to share it with the world.
