Diane spent most of her life being overweight. She was an obese child, picked, teased and laughed at school all the time. By the time she was 23, her weight pushes 276 pounds. She was morbidly obese at a young age.
Every choice she made regarding her body, what she eats and what exercise she did is all up to her. She had no one else to blame for her being morbidly obese but herself. Diane reached her breaking point when she spent her vacation with her friends during the summer of 2015 in New Brunswick, Canada. There was this place called Hopewell Rocks, locals also call it as The Rocks. This rock formation goes down to the ocean floor but you have to take 500 steps down first before you reach the ocean shore. My friends were all down the shores, but I was standing on top high land telling myself I couldn’t do it. I yelled at them saying I couldn’t do it but I could only see them looking at me, laughing and talking, and I am on top. I said two words to myself, “It’s time”.
Summer has ended and they head back home to Atlanta. She began researching healthy recipes and started tracking her steps using her smart fit watch. She started eating healthily and does some workouts for three months in desperate hope of losing at least 10 pounds but only loses half of her expectations. Diane was so determined to lose weight that she has tried all known diets in the market including those not new to her. She even tried starving herself to lose more.
She was able to lose around 40 plus pounds. She was happy with her weight loss result and her months of effort were paid off. She was successful but at the expense of losing her muscles too leaving gross, sagging skin under her arms and her belly areas. This made her miserable at the same time. She really had no idea that her diet programs would leave her skin sagged. She soon realizes that her choice of diet program was not the right program for her and for her current weight.
Dianne was so desperate that she decided to visit a weight loss clinic and her doctor suggested her to undergo a minimally invasive weight loss procedure known as Laparoscopic gastric bypass to help her restrict the amount of foods she eats. According to her doctor, this procedure has fewer complications and will help her recover quickly but the thought of having to use surgical instruments and making incisions in her stomach fears her. She wants something that is non-invasive. She made thorough research about diet plans she hasn’t encountered yet and that’s when she found out about the HCG Diet.
She started doing the HCG Diet at 242 pounds including the weight she gained back from stopping her diet and weight gain during loading days. When she first started having her daily injections, she wondered if something so easy would be so effective. Yet, on day one, the scale won’t lie. She lost more than a pound in just one day, and she was amazed by what HCG Diet can do. Diane kept on losing weight without feeling hungry, tired, grumpy or lethargic. She was very excited to see how much difference this diet can make at the end of her first round, and perhaps her second, third and fourth round.
Injecting the hormone was so easy and painless and she was glad that she chooses not to do the gastric bypass as suggested to her by her weight loss doctor. After doing 3 rounds, Diane was able to lose a total of 100 plus pounds. She was also very grateful for the many benefits she can get out of using the HCG injection physically and emotionally. She was extremely positive, with no sagging skin, have a huge amount of energy, better sleep, and concentration. She can literally drift off to her sleep with ease and wake up energized. HCG Diet has thought her what and what not to eat and what it takes to feel full. It has been a year now since she finished her third round, and she was able to keep her weight off. Her advice to those obese like her is to do the HCG Diet, stick with it, and they will surely get to their weight loss goal.
