Recipe Ingredients:
100 grams shrimp, weighted raw
¼ cup water
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 pinch oregano
1-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 lemon
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of green onion for garnish
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan then bring it to a boil. Cook over low to medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add water as needed.
- Add the shrimp and simmer for another 4 to 7 minutes over low heat until the shrimp is cooked, but not overcook.
- Serve with green onions.
