Ground Beef Tacos Ingredients:
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 avocado, sliced
1 Roma tomato, sliced
1 Red onion, sliced
Romaine lettuce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon chili pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, season ground beef with chili pepper, cumin, salt, black pepper, onion, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly and then cook. After cooking, drain all liquid and set aside.
- Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion and set them aside.
- Take the Romaine lettuce leaves. Top with cooked ground beef along with the leaves.
- Add sliced avocado, diced onion, and tomato on top of the meat.
- You can also top it with cheese.
- Fold and enjoy.
