· ¼ cup fresh dill
· 1/2 cup lemon juice
· ¼ cup fresh parsley
· ¼ cup fresh chives
· 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
· ½ cup nutritional yeast
· ½ teaspoon ground cumin
· ½ cup teaspoon onion powder
· ½ cup teaspoon garlic powder
· 1 block silken tofu, around 350 grams
· Salt and pepper to taste
1. Remove the tofu from its package, allowing the liquid to drain thoroughly. Wrap the tofu block in paper towels and carefully press out any excess liquid.
2. In a large food processor, combine everything. Seasoned with salt and pepper.
3. Blend until smooth. You may adjust the flavor according to your taste.
4. Serve immediately with your favorite crunchy vegetables, veggie crackers or chips. If you want it slight thicker and chilled, refrigerate it for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
