Try as many HCG diet recipes as you can before starting with the diet. This way you can come up with a list of favorites.

  • Follow the injection protocol

Follow the hcg diet protocol properly. You need to start injecting the hormones during the first 3 days as well as all the days during Phase 2 of the diet. Well I will try again to get someone to reply to me! I have been following the the protocol and I have notice when I eat Pink Grapefruit I loss NO Weight! Can you please Help?

  • Jan Marie Luna

    Hi Pam! =)

Even when following protocol, some people have food sensitivities. This is normal. When you’re sensitive to a particular food, this would result to no weight loss, and sometimes, even a gain. Some people are sensitive to strawberries, while others are sensitive to cabbages, or oranges. So in your case, since you were able to identify pink grapefruit as the food to which you are sensitive to, it would be best to avoid this fruit while you are on P2 to maximize your weight loss.. =)

    Hope this helped! =)
