• Please do not substitute this with Sterile Water for Injection or with Normal Saline. They will not be able to keep your HCG solution sterile for multiple uses.
You will also be getting a freebie of Vitamin B12 if you purchased a kit. For the 1 and 2 months kit, you get 1 vial of Vitamin B12. For the 3 and 4 months kit, you get 2 vials of it.
Step 2 - Remove the caps
Remove the cap from your Bacteriostatic water vial, HCG vial, and Vitamin B12 vial.
Step 3 - Ready 5ml of Bacteriostatic water
In place of a mixing vial, you will be using your bacteriostatic water vial to mix and store your HCG. You will only be needing 5mL of bacteriostatic water to dilute your 5,000IU HCG so you will need to discard the excess 5mL of bacteriostatic water from its 10mL vial.
Step 3.1 - Inject Air
Do this by first injecting 5mL of air into the bacteriostatic water using your mixing syringe.
Step 3.2 - Draw out water
Afterwards, it will now be easier to draw out 5mL of the water, then discard the water. You now have 5mL left in your vial.
Step 4 - Diluting the hcg powder
Now, we’re going to dilute our HCG powder. With your mixing syringe, draw out 2mL of air from your HCG vial.
This done is to avoid your HCG solution from leaking out of the punctured hole once you incorporate the bacteriostatic water into your HCG vial. If you skip this part, you may lose some HCG through the punctured hole due to the increased pressure in the vial.
Rule: For every mL of liquid you will put in, you first withdraw air equivalent to the amount of liquid you will put in. For every amount of liquid you draw out, you put in that much air. This way, the pressure in the vial will be kept stable.
Step 5 - Ready 5ml of Bacteriostatic water
After expelling the air you drew out from the HCG vial, use the same mixing syringe to draw up 2mL of bacteriostatic water and add this to your HCG vial.
Step 5.1 - Draw out water
Step 5.2 - Inject in Hcg Vial
Step 6 - Diluting the hcg powder
Mix your HCG by rolling the vial gently between your palms until all the powder has dissolved and the solution is clear
Step 7 - MIXING HCG AND BACT WATER
Using your mixing syringe, draw out the HCG solution from the vial and transfer it to your bacteriostatic water vial. You now have a total of 5mL HCG solution. Roll the vial between your palms gently to let the solution mix properly.
Step 7.1 - Draw OUT HCG SOLUTION
Step 7.2 - Inject HCG Solution In Bacteriostatic water
Step 7.3 - Roll the hcg and Bacteriostatic water mix on palms
Step 8 - Using HCG SOLUION
Since you have 5,000 IU in your 5mL solution, this means that you have 100 IU for every 0.1mL. To inject 200IU, you will need to use 0.2mL. The type of 1cc insulin syringe provided in your kit is U40. With this type of syringe, 0.2mL is at the 8th line (8units).
Step 8.1 - Prepare your hcg Solution and 1 Disposable syringe
Step 8.2 - Extract from your hcg Solution Bottle
Step 8.3 - Make sure the hcg solution is on the 8th line (8 units)
Step 9 (optional) - Using vitamin b12
To make use of your Vitamin B12, after getting 8units of HCG into your syringe, with the same syringe get 8units of Vit. B12 from the vial. Since you already have 8units of HCG in the syringe, you will be pulling vitamim B12 from the vial until you reach the 16-units line (8units HCG +8units vit. B = 16units). So you have a total of 16 units of solution that you will be using for each dose.
Step 9.1 - Prepare your 8 units of hcg Bacteriostatic water solution
Step 9.2 - Extract 8 Units of b12
Step 10 - Injecting the Hcg solution
To inject, grab some belly fat between your fingers and inject directly and slowly. Pull out and safely discard the syringe afterwards.
Step 11 - Storing and using Your hcg mix
You may now use your HCG then store the remaining solution in the refrigerator.
