I notice there is no mention pork

Hi Scott! If you’re doing the original protocol of the HCG diet, Pork is not included in the approved list for the VLCD (500-calorie diet). It can, however, be eaten during your loading phase.

Thank you , I spoke with the Dr. that has me on this diet . She told me that pork is not on the protocol due to when this diet was founded that pork was way to fatty , but if I made sure it was very lean and fresh organic I could try it . But if it hauls weight loss to discontinue it .
I decided to hold off on the pork till phase 3
