As of the time being, we do not ship to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii. For EU countries , we ship to some EU country only , message us for more details. We ship worldwide with few exceptions; we do not ship to Canada,Alaska, Hawaii, South America, Sweden and Norway for European Union due to stringent customs import regulations.

We ship anywhere in the continental US ( except Hawaii and Alaska ) , UK and Australia , we do not ship to EU and Canada

We quote 10-15 business days for international express shipping; it includes possible delays with the post and customs, weekends and public holidays but in most cases the package arrives sooner.

We automatically ship the package after completing the payment transaction and we email our customers their tracking info within 24 hours. If you are unable to find the email, please check in your spam/filter folder as most of our emails end up in the spam folder. Alternately, you may start a chat and ask for information on your order.

Our payment processor called Payofix will email you after you place an order and they will also email you for confirmation if the payment transaction is completed. 

The orders generally arrived on time. However, there may be slight delays with international shipments and this will reflect in the tracking information. If the package did not reach you, we guaranty 100% money back. You may either consider doing a reship or refunding whatever you like.
