    Try to eat before you actually become really hungry. When it is time for your meal, eat even if you are not yet hungry. If you allow yourself to get really hungry before taking your meal, it would be hard for you to control how much you eat because your mind tells you that you are still hungry. even when you have already eaten enough. You could also drink a glass of water before eating to help you feel full sooner.

    I’m on my 5th day of P3 but I am not able to keep my weight within the 2-pound rule even after doing a steak day. Is there anything I could do?

    Hi Megan, if you’re eating only P3-approved foods, but still gained weight, you could probably have been eating foods that you have sensitivity to. If you have been eating nuts, dairy, or eggs, stop taking those and see if the weight gain stops. Stick to eating lean meats, veggies, and salads for the next couple of days.
