He specifically noted that an Apple Day should never be done on a day you skip your dose, as in when you are on your period or when you skip a dose once a week when you are doing a longer 40ish day round.

How to Do Apple Day

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do Apple Day effectively:

1.  Choose Your Apples: Select fresh, organic apples of your choice. You can opt for any variety of apples you like.

2.  Prepare Your Apples: Wash the apples thoroughly and remove any stems or stickers. You can eat them whole or slice them into pieces for easier consumption.

3.  Set Your Intention: Start your day with a clear intention to reset your metabolism and break through your weight loss plateau.

4.  Eat Only Apples: Throughout the day, consume only apples and water. You can eat as many apples as you like, but avoid adding any toppings or condiments.

5.  Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and flush out toxins from your body.

6.  Monitor Your Progress: Pay attention to how your body responds to Apple Day. You may notice a decrease in weight the following day as your metabolism resets.

7.  Resume Normal Eating: After completing Apple Day, resume your regular HCG diet plan with the recommended foods and portion sizes.
