How long can the bottles be stored?
HCG is optimally stored in the fridge. Unmixed bottles are good for 2 years. The mixed bottles are good for 1 month. In case you have 2 bottles HCG for your program, mix one first and use it up, then mix the second one.

I did not receive my order, what is your policy?
In case you did not receive your order until 1 month after we confirmed the shipment, we will offer you a free reshipment, or you can receive a full refund back to your credit card without any deduction.
