One HCG 5000 IU Vial will provide daily injections for 25-30 days.
HCG Vials have to be stored refrigerated, either mixed or unmixed. Once mixed, they are good for around 30-40 days. Unmixed they expire in 2-3 Years, check the expiration date on the bottles. Mix only the HCG bottle you intend to use. Keep other vials unmixed until needed.
Never reuse the Insulin needles, they are for single use only. Discard used needles in a solid plastic or metal container, to avoid injuries.
Keep needles and other supplies safely locked away from children.
Always disinfect bottle tops with alcohol swabs before mixing and drawing liquid. Disinfect the injection site as well before every shot.

For a 2 month Program you will need 2 HCG 5000 IU Vials, One 30cc bottle of bacteriostatic water, 100 Insulin Syringes 29G 1/2" long, 100-200 Alcohol Swabs.
3. Mixing Notes:
The Insulin syringe has a scale of 10-100 where 100 represents 1cc (or 1ml).
Use one Insulin syringe to draw out 3 x 1cc of Bacteriostatic Water and inject this into the HCG Vial. Wiggle around until the substance is dissolved. Keep in fridge.
If you would like to have daily injections of 166 IU HCG please mix your HCG bottles with 3cc bact. Water. If you would like daily injections of 200IU, please add 2,5cc to your vial. The amount you draw out for the actual injection never varies, draw always until '10' on the scale.
You will have a 30cc bottle of bacteriostatic water, means you can mix a total of 10 HCG Vials up from one bottle of bact. Water. So keep this bottle for future programs.
For every daily injection you will draw out only until '10' on the scale of the syringe. This is a tiny amount of 0,1cc (zeropointone), but contains exacly so much HCG as needed.
You can inject into any fat layer of your body. Most people will use the area around the belly button, because it is easily accessed and self administered. Always disinfect the injection site before doing the shots. Pinch the area up a bit, as shown in the video above and insert the needle straight or slightly angled.
